Margot's POV I woke up with a slight groan. My head was killing me. I pressed my palm to my throbbing temples, hoping that would ease the pain and help with nausea. The room was dark, but I could swear it was spinning. This night out was a bad idea. I should have never agreed to that. Unfortunately, it was impossible to say 'no' to Nicole, my best friend. Margot’s POV I was still shaking after the incident in Sam’s office. Meeting with Nathan only made everything worse. I could not understand what had happened to my boyfriend, and I was scared that Nathan already revealed the truth about last night. He promised to let me do it, but how could I be sure he would keep his word? Especially after I found him in front of my company? What business could bring him there other than exposing me? This man had no decent human feelings. Why would he care about mine? Of course, he wouldn’t since that was an excellent opportunity to hurt Sam.
