"I will be staying for just a week before I get my place, I would have just come to surprise you at your place of work but the Uber I called didn't show up," Rue said.

"There is no problem, I am sure my mother will also be pleased to see you," Keir said staring at her smiling then back on the road.

His mother always asked of Rue and her family, they used to be so close when they were younger that his mother had thought they would end up dating but as faith would have it, she traveled out but that didn't stop his mother from daydreaming.

It wasn't that he couldn't date Rue back then but he had more pressing issues on his mind which involved the fact that his father wanted him to take over the company at such an early age.

Back then, it was overwhelming for him but now he was grateful that he had been exposed to the business world at such a young age, it gave him enough insight as to what to expect in the future and how to overcome certain unforeseen challenges in the company.
