“Hometown? You mean near Mia,” Victor came up to me and fixed my suit. He took my tie in my pocket and put it back on my neck, “Davon, why do you want to settle in that forgotten town? Here, you have everything. A mansion, a business, our pack, a good life.”

“These are all nothing without Mia. I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for her. Why do you have issue with her and our hometown?”

Victor stopped fixing my tie and stepped back, “I do not have. I just want you to realize how privilege we are to have the richness in life.”

“I am honored, but you must understand that my mate is important to me too. I’m sure you’ll understand once you find your mate.”

“Fine. You can attend to that school, but college would be here. I’ll arrange everything. We can build a house before the classes start,” Victor went back to his table.
