It is a time where a Son is born to embrace the duty as a King after his Father in the royal family irrespective of the ability he has. It is a time where a small land of people is looked down when they are not part of the council, which has all the elders with wisdom as members and the Kings of all kingdoms have to follow the rules laid by them regarding their ruling. And then it is also a time where a girl child is born to change all the past practicing traditions paving the way for a new one, but had to go through the danger of becoming a slave with no one to protect her. But she will never let anyone make her a Slave as she is not a Slave. I am a Queen I am a Queen who had done nothing but what everyone asked me to do. *Melody Pov*"Many people are coming here to learn from you about the herbs and medicines." Bess said amazed."Well when I retire from this duty, you can teach them everything." I said smiling."No Melody! You are great at it and I am myself a student to you all these three years." Bess said shaking her head."And you got to know everything. Now you are more than capable than you give yourself credit for." I said and she slowly nodded her head."Do not talk to me!" We heard Amy shouting and turned to see Juan pleading her."What happened?" I asked her smiling knowing fully well that it is another fight which will not happen for more than few minutes."He wants me to cook for him some sweets again." Amy whined."But I love them and I want to have them." Juan whined back."You shouldn't eat those many. It is ill for you." Bess said."That is what the problem is. He doesn't eat them. He just uses them to lure all the guards to train properly. He is getting his way in his work easily but

*Melody Pov*"So he was trying to make me jealous?" I asked Juan again."Yes! I just replied to his question that I once did it to Amy but I never thought he would do it with you." Juan replied."Thanks for letting me know." I said ashamed of myself but he was also at fault."Can you tell Amy to talk to me?" Juan requested gesturing to Amy who is looking away from us holding my Son."I will but you need to help me." I replied."What is it?" He asked."Today we are moving to new palace right? You need to somehow inform Kendrick like you just got to know the news that I am planning to take a big chamber for myself and place our son in the connecting room to it." I replied."He will kill me and you." Juan said shaking his head."Then Amy will not marry you." I said."Amy will marry me?" He asked smiling."Yes! But you need to do this." I replied. He sighed and left the room while Amy stood before me with a glare. I smiled at her took my Son so that he will not hear her shouts very near.

*Kendrick Pov*"Why are we having a stroll today?" Melody questioned me confused."I wanted to spend some time." I replied and she glanced at me surprised.I placed my arm around her and pulled her towards me while she just stiffened with wide eyes glancing at me."You shouldn't! This is not a private place." She whispered looking around."I am holding my wife and I am sure there is nothing wrong in that." I said with a shrug."I.. I.." she just trailed of and must be not knowing what to utter. She looked quite cute so I placed a small peck on her cheek and her eyes widened even more."King Kendrick! I need to go." Saying that she released herself from my grip and walked away. All these days I have been trying to show that I like her but she is distancing herself from me again.I walked towards Juan who is training Shan and smiled at them. Shan is working really hard and Juan is pushing him so much."Sir! I can't breathe." Saying that Shan backed away."You need to always prepare Shan

*Melody Pov*"Melody! Your Father is going to be here." Hearing those words I stopped my smile which didn't left my face from the time I have seen my Son.I held him closely to me and glanced at Amy asking "Why?""To meet your Son. The message was immediately sent to Velimar when the Prince was born." She replied gesturing to my Son who is nearly one week sleeping in my arms."No! I do not want him to meet anyone." I said shaking my head."We have no say in that. And even the King's parents didn't meet the new Prince as you were tired this one whole week with weakness." Amy said."Tell them that I am tired and retiring to bed." Saying those words I laid down holding my son in my arms."I will inform them." Mumbling Amy left my room.I sighed and caressed my son's scalp smiling at his sleeping form. Then I heard the door open and glanced up to see that it is Kendrick."Are you not feeling well?" He asked frowning."Why?" I asked him."Amy said....." he couldn't finish his sentence as w
