RED INKEP 26: Who dares to start a fomentation?••The big padlock was a solid steel which looked new compared to the chain rounded at the handle of the iron gates. RED INKEP 29: Hold my Disposition•• Sai sat down in her bed, drinking the little soup that was bought for her by Clara. It was goat meat soup boiled together with mushrooms and basil, which added a tender taste to its consistency. It was satisfying her craving. Though she still had drip fixed to her hand, she was feeling better, too well. Her bodyguards had been well fed by Clara who saw the need to get them meals to eat while they were here at the hospital, since they couldn't leave their posts. He had been Sairham's Doctor since the day she arrived in the Shaft's mansion, so he could say they were more than acquaintances. They couldn't discard each other. The first day he treated her, she was a victim of drowning. Griggs was the one who carried her to a small town hospital where she was treated. (He guessed she didn't know that, even now.) Later on, she was transferred to the Shaft's mansion where she was treated specially by doctor Hither. He had done major checkup on her and she seemed to be in good health which also surprised him.

RED INKEP 31: Where two roads shall meet•• When Aurora turned to look at the exiting back of Dillion, she was surprised to find that Griggs was also there. She looked at them both from head to their feet, assessing their clothings and shoes. When Dillion passed by her, he smelt of coconut oil and lavender. Why does that fragrance seem familiar? She was very sure she had perceived it somewhere before. Or was it not the same night he had come up to hand her Lorin's purse that she captured that fragrance? Why was he acting oblivious of the fact that they had met before? All these questions kept playing in her head.
