[Zeve’s POV]

“Nothing, that’s a political matter. But how is it even possible, Zeve? How can someone control non-living things like that?”

I was shocked too, but not from the fact of magic actually existing. But from the fact that it existed in someone else, too.

Strange things had happened all around me ever since I was a kid. And that was the main reason people didn’t come near me.

But what scared me more was — what would Amor do if he came to know that magic was all around me as well? Even though it was not as obvious as Mayavi’s, yet it happened several times when my emotions went out of control.

Like burning that dress in the royal inn, then Amor’s sword swimming in my hand in that lake and then me teleporting on the rooftop when I jumped from it. He seemed to have not noticed those events, and I was grateful.
