Chapter 3: Friend or Foe?

Alison's POV:

I sat down angrily next to Julia in the cafeteria as I remember the events that happened over the past two days. My plans are getting screwed up by the new guy. I can't get close to the two morons because he's always tampering with my schemes. The two villains gained another ally in a short period and it's really annoying.

"I want to tear them apart!" I exclaimed in anguish.

"Woah easy down tiger. The sandwich doesn't deserve such punishment." Julia snorted.

'I'm not a tiger I'm a wolf. Ugh humans'

I sighed as I tore the packaging of my sandwich dramatically. Munching it slowly as I gawked at them with contempt. They were sitting at the far corner of the room where the door is. Mandy was sitting in between them. Smiling like a pig thinking she owns two Alphas. I bet her wolf is drooling hungrily at the two men he's sitting with. I crushed the sandwich in my hands.

"Our princess looks terrible but cute when she's angry. Who made you mad, grumpy cutie?" Allan McCain whispered. He is the forward of the basketball team and a Beta. Though I still can't join their little gang since I haven't shifted yet. Two more years till I'll be able to let out my Omega. Many changes happened when I started to avoid those two including this. Having new friends and having a new arch-nemesis.

'Damn Lucius!'

"Not me McCain," Shirley answered with her arms in the air, suggesting surrender. She's the leader of the cheerleading squad. Though she's not a wolf. She has a bitchy attitude but her advice is good. You can say she's better not to be your enemy cause she will give you nightmares. I'm glad we're on good terms now.

"Who would it be then?" Allan joked. He stretched my face forcing me to smile but I bit his hand. Almost bit his hands if he wasn't swift enough to snatch it. Then he poked my nose playfully. "Wow! our Queen is on her period hahaha…" he boomed laughing. Everyone at our table laughed too. It's great to have this kind of friend.

I scrunched up my nose as I replied I won't be talking to Allan when someone grabbed my left arm.

"WE NEED TO TALK." David's Alpha commanded me. His Alpha is almost visible in his hazel brown eyes. Yes, we werewolves can see the wolves within our eyes as if they were our souls.

I sighed and got up but Allan tried to stop me. I squeezed his hand, indicating to him to stop before his family got caught up. His family is only Betas, so he can get into trouble going against the Austins. As for my family, we can oppose David's father since my father is an Alpha who has some powers because of our wealth. If it wasn't for my dad his father would never be the Alpha.

We got to the back side of the gym where students rarely go. He slammed me to the wall enough for me to grunt in pain.

"What is your problem? Why are you acting like this Alison? You are my fiancee. The heck?" He growled.

"Fiance? Huh? Since when did you have concerns? Don't make me laugh, David." I mockingly said. Giving him looks of disbelief. I turned away ready to leave when he hugged me from behind. Since he's a bit taller he had me locked in a bear hug.

"OBEY ME ALISON!!!" he yelled.

"I. will. ne-never. obey. Da-Da-David…." It hurts when you disobey an Alpha's commands. A hundred bees feel like stinging your body.

"If you don't submit I will make you." David sneered as he lowered his face down to my scent glands. Released his pheromones as he constantly licked that area.

'He's forcing me into heat.'

Omegas submit unwillingly to any Alphas when they're in heat. He wants me to do the same. I squirmed as hard as I could, fighting as if my life is on the line. But he was too strong. My knees started to buckle as I trembled in pleasure. I couldn't fight it off anymore, especially when the scent of cappuccino was growing stronger.

I closed my eyes as tears started to fall off them. But I got pulled roughly as David flew a few distances. I was drowning in the overwhelming smell of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cappuccino. It's intoxicating. I can't breathe.

"Alison snapped out of it. Are you trying to lure every Alpha in this school?" A deep voice grunted as if they were also struggling. I looked up to see who had me clutched to their chest so tightly. That dark hair that reminds me of a starless night, eyes that are as beautiful as the ocean, face like it was sculpted by a great sculpture, and body that is as strong as a lion. His face was flustered red and his breathing was a little bit erratic. Everything was spinning and my whole body felt like it was on fire. Overwhelmed and tired I fell unconscious in Lucius Kingdred's arms.

I woke up in the infirmary with the nurse's back facing me. I groaned and try to sit up but my legs are too weak.

"First heat?" she asked.

I couldn't answer because they will know what happened so I lied. "Yes." Looking down since I can't be proud of my first experience with heat. It was forced and I almost lost control if it wasn't for Lucius.

'Oh my God! I forgot about him'

I'm too ashamed that I think I will be avoiding him when we meet.

"Don't worry nothing happened. The Alpha who brought you here was a brave one. He resist the urge although he was barely holding on to his wits. He's a nice guy." the Beta nurse smiled.

'What he's affected by my pheromones?' My whole face flushed as I remembered his sweating figure. Towering over me like a hungry wolf. I slapped my face realizing what I was doing. Denying my attraction toward him. "Well, maybe he has a mate that's why he can resist my pheromones. He's not my boyfriend and will never be." I stuttered.

"Oh, he isn't? What a bummer he looks handsome like an angel. You two would look perfect seeing you look as pretty as an angel too." she blurted out.

I slumped down again bringing the bed sheet to my head. I waited for the last two periods to finish before going out of the infirmary. As I head to my room, Julia and Shirley we're pacing out of my classroom's corridor.

"What did he do to you that you fell unconscious?" Shirley worriedly asked. In my past life, we used to compete with each other but now she became one of my genuine friends.

"Did he slap you? Used violence against you? or what? Don't be afraid we can tell the principal so he can get expelled." Julia second the motion.

"You two worry warts. Nothing happened I just feel dizzy with all the recent activities in school" I answered calmly. I can't reveal anything since most of the werewolves own this community. They're both humans so the consequences will be much harder for them.

"Are you sure?" they both said in unison, doubting my answer.

"One hundred and one percent sure." I chuckled to lighten the mood. But deep inside I was furious. I almost forgot my revenge just because of that Alpha. I can't be swayed by this feeling I must stay focused. I told the girls to go first and don't wait for me. I picked up my bag and headed downstairs to go to the lockers. After I put my stuff in and closed it, I was surprised to see Lucius, waiting for me beside my locker. He got me cornered in between his stretched arms.

"Listen to me Omega. I don't want a mate and me helping you, doesn't mean that I chose you so don't get ahead of yourself." his voice sounds velvety yet annoying. I pushed his chest but the feeling was electrifying so I quickly pulled my finger.

"You listen you dumb Alpha! You saw I was forced and that heat wasn't meant to start early so don't say that it was my fault. It is your dumb horny friend's fault and if you can't see that. YOU. ARE. BLIND!" I glared at him. Taunting him with the last three words I said.

"You are truly evil. Hiding in that sweet facade you are putting on. Luring men into your traps. I don't want to have a Luna if she's as evil as you!" he spat in my face as he leaves me behind.

The words hurt much worse than dying. My Omega whimpers at every word he said. I held my tears back. I won't cry easily anymore. I am reborn after all. If my future mate doesn't want me then I don't want them either.
