°° HÉCTOR °°I stop dead on my track, just as shocked as the wolf girl… Xendaya. The fear behind my mother's shock got me more worried. °° AZALEA °°The entire members were packed in the packhouse to join in the celebration. Amusing isn't it? I didn't think a welcome party was supposed to accommodate the entire members of the pack, though they aren't so much since we were just an upcoming pack. °° AZALEA °° I clear my throat as the nurse lady pulls the cheek swab from my mouth. She drops it into a glass and turns to me with a smile that maybe I didn't need to but I find it creepy as hell. Well… she didn't mean any harm. She introduces herself as ‘Helene’ the pack doctor…. something I think would've been more appropriate to do the first time she came in earlier, not after taking everything she needs from me and is about leaving. She also apologises for our crazy first encounter, pointing out that she didn't realize back then that I had suffered amnesia and couldn't recognise her as the pack's doctor who I used to know. Fair enough… She has a point there. According to her, the Alpha, Héctor, had been drunk. But even in his drunkenness, he could figure out my failure to recognise him and that got him startled, running to her for answers. Helene and Gustavo are outside waiting, they immediately turn to me. “How did it go?’’ Helene asks first, fondling her stethoscope nervously. “The shots weren't effective.
