Chapter 24: Daddy Blues

Kian was dumbfounded the moment he saw the kid’s face. No matter at what angle he looks at him, he still looks like Zeth. If he didn’t know better, he would think that the kid would be Zeth’s son.

“Mister. It’s your turn to order!” Zenon tugged on the hem of his shirt.

“Zenon, stop bothering strangers,” a woman, who Kian assumed to be the kid’s mother, said. The woman didn’t look familiar at all, so he just brushed off the possibility of Zeth having a long-lost son.

“Sorry. I just wanted to tell him that the Choco Taco is delicious!” he exclaimed cutely, making Kian chuckle. He rarely found kids cute, but this kid is definitely cute.

“I’m alright, little boy. You should just go with your mommy,” he said before finally ordering two Choco Tacos from the ice cream man.
