KAELION POV

I had a plan which did not work. This was plan B, take who I wanted to with force.

Getting to the car, I shoved him into the truck and hurried into the car.

“Fuck, Seliora. Run!” I muttered, looking back at her as she ran towards the car.

She was fast but not fast enough.

“She should have just stayed in the car,” I muttered, reversing the car towards where she was.

“Get into the back of the truck!” I demanded in a loud tone.

Without hesitation, she instantly got in and I sped up.

“You almost got me killed,” She yelled, panting.

“Well I did ask you to stay in the car,” I replied, looking back to make sure we weren't being followed.

“You could have let me handle it my way, I had it all figured out,” She yelled back.

“You sure did,” I responded, turning away from the main road.

“What are you doing??” Seliora asked.

“Making sure we both make it alive,” I replied.

I had studied all the roads which led back to my pack while figuring out a plan the previous day. This was the best route to run from Aiden’s men who I was sure were soon going to be everywhere searching for us.

After about an hour of driving nonstop, I stopped the car and walked out of it.

“You can't stop driving, they could find us at any moment,” Seliora muttered.

“Look around, no one would find us here,” I replied to her, picking up the bags I had earlier packed.

I then picked an extra handcuff in the bag and cuffed the hands blood moon pack member who was still out.

“Tie up his legs, he should be up in any minute,” I instructed Seliora, passing her a rope.

She hesitantly took it from me and after she was done, we both got back into the car and continued the journey.

“They could have killed me,” Seliora muttered, a few minutes later.

“No, I have seen you run. I knew you were going to make it,” I replied to her.

She said nothing afterwards and only continued to look out of the car window.

“Why are you doing this? I have no idea who you people are,” The blood moon member in the pack screamed, hitting his legs against the car trunk.

“He is awake, we'd better talk to him now,” I said, stopping the car in an open field.

“No, it's not safe out here. We have to get back to the pack before asking him any questions. This will only waste our time,” Seliora muttered but I was too impatient.

I needed to know why he was at my pack on the day of the attack.

I stormed out of the car angrily and shoved him out of the car trunk.

Afterwards, I checked for the symbol which was in the drawing and found it right where it was in the drawing.

“Lexi was right,” I muttered, watching Seliora walk towards me.

“Do you know my father, Alpha Thane?” She asked, fixing her eyes intensely on him.

She was finally about it hear the truth about her father. It made me feel a bit sorry for her but it was time she knew who he was.

“No I do not,” The blood moon pack member answered to my surprise.

“You do know him, you ravaged my pack and murdered mt mate with him,” I stated, looking towards Seliora whose eyes had turned red. “Tell me the truth or I will kill you right here and right now.”

“I am telling you the truth, I do not know any Alpha Thane,” He insisted.

He could not be telling the truth. If he was right and I had been wrong all along, this meant I had slaughtered an innocent pack for nothing.

“Tell me why you were at my pack with the attackers!” I demanded, pulling out a knife.

“Please do not make me talk, he is going to kill me. He is going to kill us all,” He mumbled, trembling in fear while I once again looked sideways at Seliora who was quiet.

“Who do you work for?” I asked, again.

“Please just let me go,” He pleaded, which further angered me.

“Leave him!” Seliora stated, walking over to him before hitting him on the head which instantly made him pass out. “It's better if we go do this in the pack cell.”

She had a point yet it made me so furious that he just would not mention Alpha Thane’s name.

Taking a deep breath, I shoved him back into the car’s trunk and got back in the car with Seliora.

“I am sure he is going to tell the truth about your father once he is tortured,” I said to Seliora before starting to drive the car.

“And if he does not work for my father, what then?” She asked in a low tone.

I looked towards her and thought of the best way possible to answer her yet I just could not find the right words.

I continued to drive the car silently but just as I turned towards the road which was going to lead me right back to the main road, a group of men with weapons appeared in front of the truck.

“What is happening, Kaelion?” Seliora asked.

“I don't know,” I replied, stopping the car.

The men didn't seem like any of the blood moon pack that I saw earlier at their pack house. They had to be from another pack.

“Do not come out!” I instructed Seliora, walking out of the car.

I then made my way towards them as they continued to increase in number.

“Well, well, well,” I heard a familiar voice say, as I looked around. “Look who we have here.”

“Damon,” I muttered, finally seeing his face.

It was the Alpha of the crescent pack.

“Take him and the girl in the car!” He demanded, while I pulled out my knife.

“It won't be that easy, Damon,” I stated, staring at him in the eyes.

SELIORA POV“Someone is here,” I whispered into Kaelion’s ear before slowly peeping into the hospital room.It was Rex.He was in the hospital room to finish what he started just like I had predicted.I could feel Kaelion’s heartbeat race as he leaned towards me and watched Rex make his way slowly towards Zack who was lying unconscious on the hospital bed.I could also feel his anger rising but this was not the time to act. I needed to see if there was anything Rex could do that which give me some clues about why he was doing this.“Stop!” Kaelion growled, rushing out of where we hid as Rex pulled a knife out of his shirt. He immediately gripped Rex’s hand while I watched the scene quietly.“I trusted you, Rex. Why would you betray the pack like this?” Kaelion asked, his voice a bit calmer this time.Rex didn’t look remorseful about what he had done. He only continued to struggle to release the knife in his hands.“Why!” Kaelion barked, finally taking the knife from him and swinging i

  • SELIORA'S REVENGE; HER COMEBACK   chapter 57

SELIORA POVI was completely sure of this. After Jackson had earlier announced Zack had been attacked, I was certain it must have been one of the guards.Back at my pack, there was a way I was able to determine whether a person was telling the truth or lying by listening to the sound of their heartbeats.I did the same to the guards as Jackson interrogated them about the incident. They all had slow and steady heartbeats which told me all I needed to know, they were speaking the truth. This then made me conclude the traitor was a person of a higher rank in the pack. This narrowed my options and left me with two options. Jackson and the head of the pack of soldiers, Rex.Asking Kaelion to call out all of the pack members was a way for me to search Rex’s room. The search was difficult, I had to unlock his room and hurry because he could be back in any minute. For the first two minutes, I kept searching but found nothing that could prove him guilty. Afterwards, I tried to make my way out.

  • SELIORA'S REVENGE; HER COMEBACK   chapter 56

KAELION POVI had nothing to do with what happened to Alpha Thane and since I would really love to explain to Seliora, I had bigger things to worry about.Jackson looked really worried.“The prisoner from the blood moon pack was attacked and almost killed in his cell,” Jackson stated. “I think this might be the same person who attacked Lexi.”“What!” I exclaimed, angrily.Enough was enough.Today was the day I was going to find whoever was doing this. The traitor in the pack had to die today.“How is he?” I asked, storming out of the office angrily with Jackson. “How did the person who did this pass through the guards without being caught?”“He is in the pack hospital. All the guards on duty have been tied down. They all claimed not to know what happened,” Jackson answered. “Whoever did this is not an ordinary pack member, he is someone who nobody would have suspected,” Seliora spoke behind me.“Gather all the pack members, Jackson,” I demanded, as we walked out of the house.Zack co

SELIORA POV“Seliora,” I heard, Kaelion call out to me while my head continued to spin. “Take deep breaths.”“I..do..not..think.. I..can,” I stuttered, running my hands through my hair.I was having an anxiety attack. The last time I had one was when my sister died years ago.“You are all right,” Kaelion said pulling me into a tight embrace while I just remained there. After a few minutes, I managed to calm down.“You good now?” He asked, breaking the hug.“Yes,” I replied, walking over to the phone which was still on the table.“Why..Father?” I asked, as my hands trembled. He has broken my trust in him. Not only that, I wondered if he was ever going to tell me the truth that Kaelion didn't threaten to kill me.He lied without hesitation.“Forgive me, Seliora. I will make sure to come get you,” He replied.“I said Why?” I yelled, picking up the phone. “You did this to our pack, you ruined everything. I defended you with all I had in me.”“It’s complicated, Seliora. I had to do it bec

  • SELIORA'S REVENGE; HER COMEBACK   chapter 54

SELIORA POVI was sure either Kaelion or Jackson was behind this.“I haven’t been here to see him since we arrived back here yesterday,” Kaelion answered with a straight face.“You have to be lying! Why are you doing this?” I barked, facing Zack again before rushing out of the pack cell. There was no way I was going to wait for one more second and listen to more lies about my father.I could hear Kaelion calling out to me as I walked away but I was too upset. I had been looking forward to this day, for the chance to finally clear my father’s name only to be lied to instead.“You have to finally face the truth, Seliora. It's not going to change just because you refuse to believe it!” Kaelion stated, further fueling my anger.“It's all a lie, he is clearly lying and so are you!”I yelled, looking back at him. “You would do anything to make this lie about my father true. He clearly denied knowing my father yesterday. What changed?”“He was not telling the truth, Seliora,” He answered. “No

I let him hug me after everything. After Jackson took me back to the pack house, I was thrown into the cell. A few hours later, the pack guards dragged me out and made me stand where everyone could see me.Not only was I angry, but I was mad at myself for not thinking.I had the perfect opportunity. I could have gotten the Kysnite and driven Kaelion and the Blood Moon Pack member to my father’s house, but I didn't.Instead, I decided to save the man who was responsible for all the pain I had to go through.“What the hell is wrong with you, Seliora?” I asked myself, walking over to the bed while running my hands through my hair.Back at my pack, I used to make sure I did the right thing. I was calculative, I did everything at the right time but each time Kaelion and I were together, I felt differe
