Chapter 201

Alexander’s Pov

I was close to losing her, but I could only hope that I wouldn’t. Once I got to my helicopter, I gestured for the pilot to be fast even if I knew that he had a pace he worked with. Truly, I felt exhausted but the excitement of meeting with Amelia after such a long time was enough to gladden my troubled heart.

Finally, we got to the location she spoke about earlier and I ran out of the helicopter, as though I would lose her the next minute.

My instincts was right because I caught sight of two men who were trying to pull her into their car.

“Let her go!” I had said to them firmly, running over to them, with my heart beating out of my chest.

Amelia looked so great that all I wanted to do was pull her into a soft and warm hug.

She had a confused look on her face and somehow, it felt as though she had no idea of who I was. I paid no attention to that though. I easily concluded that she was probably feeling traumatic at the moment because of what the men had planned to do
