Amelia’s Pov

“You are meant to be serving your punishment, but you’re out here on a walk?” Alexander asked angrily as he grabbed me on my wrist and started leading me away from Derek.

Derek made to talk, but he gave him a dead glare that caused him to remain mute. Hot tears threatened to fall out of my eyes when I thought of his cruel he could be.

I was out there having a great time with someone who was willing to listen to me, but he decided to end it by reminding me that I had a punishment to serve.

“Let me go!” I cried out as the tears finally dropped out of my eyes.

Was there anyone as cruel as him?

He was literally punishing me for spending a night at Derek’s room, even if he was aware that I wasn’t feeling great.
