AURORA I stretch with a sigh at the fact that I am able to move again with almost no limitation. I take one more look at the stars above and then move to the back of the cage and just hope that Logan won't take the chance and try to get through the trap. I will put the revised security patrols into action straight away, and I would like to know if you would allow me to still accompany you on your travels. I can add a few of my personal guards to the protection detail during the travel..." He bows slightly as my father thinks over his offer. LOGAN We slowly make our way around the border, fighting off the rogues as they attack. After a hard fight with at least 2 dozen rogues, I turn to Alpha Jack, "Is this normal?" LOGAN We head back to the packhouse to find my father and the others just coming out of the packhouse. I step up before him and I say, "This pack is well secured. I will get him to send me the details of his security routine. Maybe we can learn something from them and then pass it on to the other packs..." "Okay. We move on to the next pack immediately." "Yes. Father!" I bow my head slightly and move away from him, joining Wyatt and Levi. We all head back into the packhouse at my father's words and grab our things, coming back out and getting into the SUVs and moving on to the next pack. The next pack is only small but even small it has over 1000 pack members that need protecting, it is run by Alpha Pablo. It takes us 3 days to reach the pack. We get there just after lunch. TOBY So far, we have set 2 traps, and no one has shown at either of them. I was so sure that Logan was her mate, but he was always with either the Alpha of the pack or with his entourage. There is a new rogue that we picked up along the way that seems to be asking a few too many questions, but I intend to interrogate her my way once we reach the next pack. I glance over at Mary, who is travelling with me at Alpha Lincoln's orders, probably to keep an eye on me so that I don't take Aurora's virginity as he wants to take it. LOGAN I finish my conversation with Magnus and sneak away from the packhouse after Alpha Emmett gives me Melanie's report of the exact location where my father was using Toby to hold Aurora. I make sure to keep my scent to a minimum and where needed; I take to the trees going high above their heads. It doesn't take me long to find where they have parked the truck with the hidden cage on the back. I sit in a large tall tree not far from the truck and watch as Toby walks around the truck and lifts the material that is hiding the cage underneath.
