By now I had lost count of how many days had passed by. Usually, werewolves had a great sense of direction but I had been so engulfed trying to find Talie that I didn't realise I'd lost my way, now, not only had I lost track of her scent, I was stuck without knowing how to head back.

I'd gone without food or water for days and at this point, I would eat any living thing that walked by. I'd slept in the rain under trees that barely provided shade and my skin must have a terrible stench right now.

My stomach growled and I grumbled, "yeah I know, I don't know what the fuck to eat."

I couldn't find the strength to shift to my wolf. I stumbled on a rock and lost my balance, "great, is this really how I'm going to die? Of starvation? Ash must be so worried, fuck it, I should have just listened to him." I cried and tears streamed down my cheeks. I was lost, really lost.

I pulled myself up to my feet and stared at a random tree standing in my way. "It's really done to this yeah?"
