AURORA’S POV

I sat there staring at the red witch while Connor was still right in front of me. He was looking between her and me. He knew that there was something going on here.

I was still a little confused. I was stuck in a burning room with no way out and now I was in my bedroom, like I had just woken up from a bad dream or something. Only it wasn’t a dream. And there are people surrounding me and the red witch. Why the hell would the red witch be here if it was just a dream?

“Yes, Aurora. You do know me.” She said, taking her hood off of her face.

    It took us two days to get back to Arthur’s castle, and I was surprised to see that the damage from the attack was already fixed. His men worked pretty quickly around here. Even though it had only been two days, my stomach had swollen a lot more than it was when I killed Mila. I was actually a little curious to know how far along I was now. Because I had no idea and there was no way of telling until I got home. As soon as we got to the castle we were greeted with a hero’s welcome. So we went inside and there were people scattered everywhere over two rooms of the castle. “Your majesty.” A woman said, bowing her head for Arthur.

    As the dragon and I were battling it out, it started to realize that we weren’t going to be easy prey. When it had been distracted long enough, Arthur and his men snuck around the side and used their swords to slice the dragon’s legs. It was enough to get it’s attention and it fell back slightly, drawing it fire back from me and giving me the advantage. I released my fire at the dragon again, hitting it directly in the middle of the chest and causing it to catch on fire. It stumbled around and back into the middle of the mountain until it fell to the ground and didn’t get back up.
