The body was a twisted mess. If I didn't know it was a werewolf, I would think someone had slaughtered something. My stomach lurched as I did all I could to keep from being sick. The entire forest sounded as though it knew my thoughts. Not a single bird was chirping. I kept my head down as I ran. Myla’s POV I woke with a strange feeling in my stomach. Hunger? No. Fear? I laughed as I dismissed the idea. No. This is something else. Something telling me to be prepared.
