Myla's POV

Doc handed me one of those pink bins all hospitals have. “Thank you,” I mumbled as I was sick again.

“I thought it was morning sickness, but it is not morning,” Reiner said worriedly.

“Some women get all-day sickness. There is no way to know who will and who won’t. Myla may have it this time but, if she has another baby, she may not get sick at all.”

Doc sat down on his stool. “Myla, you have yet to say anything,” he looked at me knowing I was in shock. “Doc, how can I be pregnant? I haven’t even gone into heat.” I knew I hadn’t gone into heat, I would have felt that.

“Well, if you were starting to go into heat but, you had sex as it was beginning, you wouldn’t necessarily realize you had gone into heat. Females usually go into heat a week or two after being marked and mated. Females who have Alphas as mates, tend to go into heat anywhere from three or four days to a week after being marked.
