I blinked severally, trying to see who my assailant was, to see if it was the same man but I couldn’t and I slowly slipped into darkness.

When I woke up, I was in a little room that appeared to be a cabin. I felt a wave of fear take hold of me, as I believed that I was in a boat or ship that might be taking me to a place I didn’t even know existed and no one would be able to find me.

To make matters worse, the chamber was extremely cold. Glancing around the run-down chamber, I yelled for help and for the presence of someone to explain to me what the hell was going on.

I was shouting at the top of my lungs, trying to gain some sense of clarity in all of this.

The man’s empty eyes flashed in my head again and I suddenly realized that he was the last person I could recall seeing while I was conscious.
