Dante caught a glimpse of Raveen in the rearview mirror, who was holding someone possessively, who was wrapped in a blanket and fast asleep in the arms of that man. Dante admitted that she was gorgeous, though not as beautiful as his aphrodite. Dante frowned slightly when Raveen kissed the top of Lavina's head from time to time. What happened to his partner?
"Don't tell me you're in love with her," Dante remarked abruptly.
"Hmm," Raveen answered. He was still fixated on the woman he had just kissed on the forehead.
"Hey! There's no such shit as love at first sight, Dude." Dante chuckled, but Raveen was unconcerned. He was thinking to take Lavina far away and make her his possession.
“I want her to be mine, Dante. Just like you … your desire to own your aphrodite," said Raveen, leaving Dante speechless. Dante was always stuck in similar situatio to Raveen's. Starting with their father—psychopath—which was handed down to them, they were obsessive and sought to dominate whatever and whomever they wanted.
"Well, you’re right." Dante concurred. Not going to debate. He raised the car's speed. They were breaking up a very tranquil region until they came to a house in the heart of the forest. Raveen carried Lavina slowly towards the home.
"Are you sure to keep her here?" Dante asked. Raveen gave a nod.
"At the very least, no one can approach her here," he answered. Dante just shrugged his shoulders. It wasn't a good idea for Raveen to hide one of Dawson's descendants here. Rael, Raveen’s father would find out about this very soon.
"Well that, I'm leaving." After receiving a thank you from Raveen, Dante exited the ebony-colored wooden house and went home.
***
Quiet.
There were only Raveen and Lavina in the house. Raveen was paying great attention to Lavina's calm expression while she was sleeping. It was as though an angel has become stranded on Earth. How could such a perfect entity exist? Raveen stroked a sleeping girl's hair. He also removed strands of hair that had ventured the face of girl who had already claimed to be his.
“Eunghhhh ….” Lavina was a little distrubed. Her body was extremely sensitive. Even though she was sleeping, she would instantly respond if she was touched.
Lavina blinked her eyes wide. She looked surprised, then straightened up, inching backwards till her back met the bed's headboard. She looked terrified. Even though she couldn't see anything, the memories of those horrible touches was still vivid in her body.
Raveen seemed perplexed. Lavina appeared to be scared. The girl shivered slightly. However, his bewilderment was soon alleviated as he remembered what Lavina had recently gone through.
“Lavina …” Raveen called. Lavina turned her face to the source of the voice, but she wasn't sure if she was trying to 'look at' the man who had called out to her.
“Lavina. It's me. Raveen. Remember?" Raveen inquired as he approached Lavina slowly.
Lavina was still frozen. Her mind was still processing a lot of information. What happened to her literally? Did the man named Raveen who came to save her, truly exist?
"Lavina?" When the woman didn’t respond, Raveen chastised her once more.
"R-Raveen?"
When Lavina said Raveen's name, she grinned. Even with her quiet voice, the girl clearly remembered it, right? Raveen was overjoyed. This was the first time Raveen ever felt that way. Why Should Raveen be pleased?
“Yes, it's me. Raveen. Don’t be scared!" Raveen touched Lavina's arm. She exclaimed and abruptly shoved Raveen's hand away. Raveen let out a sigh. He understood it would be difficult to care for a traumatized girl who had been raped.
Raveen attempted to touch her once more, this time on the top of her head.
"I'm not going to hurt you, Lavina. Trust me!” Raveen tries to get rid of the notion that Lavina was being threatened.
Lavina said his name again, "Raveen ...."
"Yes, I’m Raveen," the man responded as he slowly drew Lavina into his arms. Lavina closed her eyes as the familiar smell entered her sense of smell and calmed her. The same scent as the one who rescued her from her nightmare. Right. This man was Raveen, who had saved her.
A very warm and reassuring hug. Lavina felt it for the first time after losing her mother's hug. Lavina sobbed quietly, longing for someone who could calm her down like this. Every time, she prayed to God to send someone who could save her.
Raveen whispered a lot of things to comfort Lavina. It worked, of course. So when Lavina finished sobbing, Raveen let go of her hug. Both of his hands cupped Lavina's lovely face and wiped tears off her cheeks.
Raveen's lips curled as he realized how adorable the girl who had become him was. Her eyes made him quite inebriated. Lavina's forehead was kissed once. Raveen made her feel at ease.
“Raveen …?” called Lavina.
“Yes?”
"Am I already out of there?" Lavina asked. Raveen shifts positions in order to hug Lavina more comfortably.
"Yes. I have got you out of there,” Raveen answered.
"Then, where is this? Where am I?" Lavina asked once again.
"In the middle of the forest, in a house," he replied.
Lavina was silent. She was confused. She looked up again, though his gaze wasn't right on Raveen.
"I know what a house is, but I'm not sure what a forest is," Lavina admitted. Oh, right. This girl had been imprisoned for so long that she had forgotten—or knew nothing—what it was like to live.
"It's getting late. I'll explain what a forest is tomorrow afternoon," Raveen said. Lavina's eyes widened with interest.
“Late?” Lavina repeated.
“Yes. I mean … night.” Raveen replied.
"What exactly is night? Then, what is afternoon looks like?" she appeared to be quite curious. Raveen remained silent for a moment as he stared at Lavina. Raveen sighed and embraced the tiny body, which was still enveloped in the blanket.
“I will teach you many things, but not right now. What you should keep in mind is ...”
Chu.
Raveen kissed Lavina's lips. He kissed slowly and regularly. Raveen remarked when they had released their lips, “It's called a kiss. Only I was permitted to kiss you. Don't let anyone else do the same.
Lavina blinked her eyes and licked her bottom lip as she felt a... tickling yet pleasant sensation. Irritated that Lavina was now biting her own lip. Raveen then kissed her again.
The kiss has ended. For a moment, the man smiled. Raveen seemed to be emphasizing something about this most gorgeous entity in front of him. He took Lavina's hand and pressed her palm against Lavina's chest. Lavina could feel something there. Lavina blinked her eyes again. Was there something throbbing in his body like this? She just found out.
“This is you. Lavina. You’re mine…” Raveen insisted. So there was something moving and she was feeling right now … it was her?
Raveen then pointed Lavina's palm to her chest. Lavina felt something was also ticking—beating—there but Raveen's beat was more consistent than Lavina's.
"... and this is me. Raveen. I am your owner."
Lavina nodded. She would definitely remember it. She was still amazed. She liked Raveen’s hearbeat so much. Her free left hand began to feel her own chest, searching for the source of the beating. When Lavina noticed their heartbeats were the same, she smile. Lavina felt an unusual warmth for the first time. Because she could feel the pulse of herself and her owner, the loneliness that had engulfed her all this time vanished.
"What is it?" Raveen asked as to when he saw the change in Lavina's expression, whose eyes were still wide open. Seemed like amazed yet confused.
“I still don't understand. My heartbeat and yours are the same, Why mine is faster than yours? But I'm really delighted." Lavina's smile remained wide, making Raveen smile as well. Lavina's smile turned out to be more lovely than anything else. Raveen now understands why Lavina was shielded from the rest of the world. The sun would be envious of how charming she was.
"Why do you feel … delighted?" Raveen was inquisitive. He had a lot he wanted to get out of his girl.
"I don't feel alone anymore," Lavina replied. Raveen could feel how unhappy she was even though she had a smile on her face. Raveen hugged Lavina again.
“From now on, I’ll accompany you. You won't be hurt or lonely anymore,” Raveen said quietly.
“You should sleepnow, I'll accompany you here. Remember, you're mine, and I'm yours,” Raveen added.
Lavina simply nodded. She'd made the decision to give her trust and entire life to his owner.

Raveen spent the night with Lavina. Being right next to her, asleep, and hugging the girl who had also hugged him. Raveen awoke early this morning. While the lovely lady by his side was still sleeping. Raveen's lips pursed as he examined every detail of Lavina's face. He wanted to touch her face but was unable when his phone vibrated. He looked at the phone screen and saw his father's name. Raveen immediately stood up and left the room for a few moments. "Hello?" "Your Mom has woken up. Come on over here, she's looking for you,” said his father form the other side. Raveen sighed with relief. "Dad, I'll be right there. Please convey my greetings to Mother. I'll meet her soon, I promise " Raveen stated. “Raveen …” his father's voice sounded scratchy. Raveen's name was called with great emphasis. It was so unsettling. Raveen felt something bad would happen. “Yes, Dad?” "Have you gotten rid of all of Dawson's descendants?"
Raveen was still undergraduate. He hadto attend college. The difficulty was that he couldn't possible leave Lavina for along time. How wouldshe tookcare for herself?Raveen sighed exasperatedly. He had left the wooden house early in the morning and returned to his home. His headhad been stuckfor the entire time because he had no idea how to keep Lavina safedeven if he wasn't alongside her. Of course, if Raveen dispatched his subordinates, Lavina would be in danger. Perhaps his father would discover that he was hiding one of Dawson's descendants. The last descendant."Shit," he cursed.Raveen arrived at his place not long after. Emily was already waiting for him—hismother having been discharged from the hospital the day before.“Where have you been, Raveen? How come you weren't at home last night, hm?” Emily wondered as she brought her son into their opulent mansion."I'm sorry for ma
Raveen examined Lavina, who was remained unresponsive on the bed. She was clearly angry because Raveen had left her for too long. Raveen came closer.Raveen called heragain, "Lavina ..." Raveen sat on the bed this time. He was going to touch Lavina on the back when he heard a little sob. Raveen moved closer to Lavina and unzipped the blanket that had been covering her body.Lavina quickly covered her face with her hands. When Lavina was like that, Raveen sighed deeply. It was clear that this girl didn't want to seeRaveen. Sheappeared scared or sad, and perhaps—definetely—angry as well. Because he betrayed her promise to her yet again, the most likely conditions for Lavina's feelings were anger and upset. He was inexperienced when it came to dealing with ladies. However, this didn't imply that he was wholly unconcerned with how women are treated. Raveen's father wasthe best role model he couldhave. The girl seemed frail.
In the morning, Raveen lookedup at the dark sky. cloudy. It appearedthat it wouldrain. The weather wasextremely unpleasant. Who could be excited on such a dreary morning? The gray color same as Raveen's feeling. He wasn't gloomyfor no reason. His father had just asked him to go to Germany right away to settle an issue with the company that Rael managed. It wasn'tthat he refusedto go. What about Lavina, though? Even if Raveen didn't see herfor half a day, it coulddrive him insane, what if hehadto leave herside? His head was heaving. His mind was so crammed that he felt as if his genius title had been forfeited due to a vexing situation. He was powerless to act. He didn't have any brilliant ideas. He couldn't leave without thinking about Lavina. After all, it wasn't only a matter of hisheart, but also of the girl's safety.“What are you thinking about, Raveen? Why are yo
DiscoveredHamburg wasstunning. Despite this, there was no sight that could tempt Raveen to smile during these two months. Raveen turned blue and then gray as he realized he was thousands of miles away from Lavina. His heart wasa shade of gray. Even black. At the moment, the cumulonimbus cloud hadbeen defeated by Raveen's gloom.Furthermore, the work he had to handle was very closely related to Lavina. Discusses the Dawson family's demise and the wealth they left behind. Perhaps the term "discussion" was too open to interpretation. No way! They were not discussing. They were fighting for the family's wealth. It waslike dogssquabbling over a bone.“Now that all of the Dawsons haddied, no one has the right to inherit the property left behind. But the good news is that the judge decided to leave everything to the Dawson family's business partners because they have debts with all of his colleagues," someone said in the meeti
The world collapsed as those threewords hit him. Just like a storm that slammed into a valley of beautiful fflowers. Disappointed. There was no trace. All of the petals should be flown. It's no longer beautiful. That washow Raveen appearedright now. He was silent in a thousand languages. He had not expected his father to ask him that question so soon. His father had discovered that he was the one who had hidden Lavina. He didn't complete his father's mission. Rael was betrayed by him. He choseto save Lavina rather than kill her. What should he do? "What exactly do you mean, Dad?" Raveen attempted to argue, but instead received a hard slap. PLAK. The stinging and heat on his cheeks could be used to describe Rael's rage toward him. “AREYOU TRYING TO BETRAY ME?!?” shouted hisfather. Rael's rage burst. Hisface was already flushed. Explode. If he didn't remember that Raveen was his flesh and blood, he wa
The two handsomeLandergees hadreturned home. Their business in Germany was temporarily halted while theysearched for Lavina. Rael couldn't tell his colleagues that his son had hidden the girl because he was a father. Rael would punish Raveen himself if he wanted to.Instead of returning home, from the airport, they wentto a location in the middle of the forest. Lavina's location was known. The two men remained silent throughout the journey. Raveen was powerless to intervene. He silently wished Emily had followed through on her promise. Raveen madeplans in his headas well, in case something bad happened after this.Soon, the car came to a halt in the yard of a wooden house in the middle of the forest. Rael and his subordinatesentered the house tobringLavina. However, t hey didn'tfind anyone in the house. Rael suppressed his rage once more. He was I'mHefeeling duped. Lavina was still budging. Sitting quietly on the bed, staring at somewhere. Even though she appeared to be silent, the thought of Raveen filled her head with a cacophony of noise. Her heart thudded and she cried out, as if she missed Raveen too much. She wanted to meet, hug, and inhale the scent that had helped her heal.Unfortunately, Emily's words made her even sadder. Missing would be nothing more than a yearning. Emily's word'smeaning had been pondered and understood. She was clearly not permitted to meet Raveen. She turned out to be the cause for the chaos. It wasn't until Emily said it that sherealized what had happened. Was Lavina to blame for Raveen's problems? How serious was Lavina's fault that she had to live without him? However, wasn't LavinaRaveen's 'property'and Raveen's 'owner'? What was Lavina's life likethat she wasno longer owned by her owner?
