We waited for Byron to leave after the text I had received from Aegir. Once he and his minions were gone, I informed everyone of the news. A wave of joy and hope washed over us all.

I placed a call to Aegir. He instantly received it, so I put it on speaker so all of us could hear.

“Alpha!” he greeted, in a content voice.

“Where are you, Aegir? And what's the news?”

“I had followed one of the hellhounds as it left the pack. Last time we massacred them all, this time I ensured to leave a few alive. So I was able to follow his scent but it ended in the middle of nowhere. I knew this was where their hiding place was. I kept surveillance and remained in my wolf state and finally today the cloaking spell was raised for half an hour or so. I was able to pinpoint exactly where his castle is. It has his stench telling me they are living here. The cloaking spell is back on it but I know where they are hiding now. I have sent you the location. Come quickly and bring as many
