At the hospital, Angel found her way to sneak in putting on a beach hat and dark lensed sunglasses. She walked past the active doctors and nurses parading about in the hospital and since she already had an inside information about Junior, it wasn't hard locating his room which she found and met him lying face upwards, eyes closed and still unconscious.
She brought with her a bag loaded with food and let it down on arrival to his room.
Slowly turning the keys in the hole of the room towards the right, it gave off a click sound and the door was hence locked. She sat by the end of the bed and slowly rubbed his tiny feet. The residence of the Bellos were filled with cars trooping in and out and filling their driveway. Amanda and Jude had gone together to visit and pay their tributes to Bello who had passed on. She instructed Obi to lock the gate after she had left and told him not to tell anyone who by inference had to be Jude, that she had gone out. They hurriedly took her car to the hospital and inquired about Junior's whereabouts then went up to his ward. Junior was lying still on the spring bed with an intravenous drip connected to the veins on his wrist. Amanda stared at the poor state of his appearance on his navy blue and sky blue uniform and sweat beads all over his pores. She kept rubbing her abdomen and pacing about worriedly until she decided to take a seat. She sat at the end of his bed while Jude took a seat close to the cupboard by the head. The only sound that diluted the air were those from the heart rate monitor and each beep gave off the affirmation that her son was still alive. She started the talk and chose to break the silence by asking if Jude really meant what he had told her earlier.
