Sally's POV

Three months after the devastation, to say things are back to normal is an understatement. Everyone is still saddened by the loss of half of the pack, but they are our heroes, in our hearts and our memories.

I returned the next day, with my enemy's head in a sack. I asked everyone in my family if they knew what he had done and was about to do. When I asked about his parents, everyone bowed their heads in respect.

Arnav informed me that both of them committed suicide because of the old Donne's rule.

I need to abolish that regulation and replace it with a more reasonable penalty. They were both innocent, they were just pawns in the game and they had to pay for his actions, may their souls rest in peace.
