One hundred and forty-nine

Third person POV

Reaching his lifeless side, she stepped back and knelt on both knees. Unaware, tears rolled down her ash-stained face.

“Ryan,” She began softly, her eyes roaming around his body and finding the wound, blood pouring out endlessly. This cannot happen. He is a werewolf. An Alpha. He should have been cured by now. Unless the wound is caused by silver, pure silver.

Sally sobbed endlessly. She felt everyone's eyes on her, rage filling her entire being. “Let's capture the rogues and find Oliver Donne. Now."

Sally's orderly roar echoed throughout the area. Picturing a mental image of what the despicable man looked like only made me angrier. And as if they saw what was going on in my head, they barked orders at each other and ran away in different directions.

“Please wake up. Ryan!" She shook her head. "I need you, so do everything you can and wake up."

His body slowly went limp in her arms, making it a little difficult for her to bear him. “Ryan, no, wake up. Please."
