ASHER POV I was in my office for hours that day trying to find any information on the database about Malia but I couldn't find anything. That was really odd in itself. The werewolf council always had this database going so that they could keep track of werewolves and the number of werewolves in each pack. They needed to know everything to make sure that our secret was kept. Well, it's too late for that. But I couldn't find Malia registered anywhere. She was found in the woods about an hour away from here saying that she was looking for our pack because hers had been attacked. There was something not adding up. I couldn't find what pack she came from, when they were attacked, nothing. There was no information on this girl at all. Since the council was killed by Jackson, there have been a few of us that have been keeping records still. Because they are important to our kind. We need to know who is who and where they are. There's only a few of us still adding to the database though.

IVY'S POV As I started to come to I realized that I was hanging over someone's shoulder but it wasn't Malia. It was a man that was carrying me through the woods and I didn't know who it was or why he was doing this. As I gained more of my senses back I kicked the man in the stomach and he dropped me immediately and I landed on a sharp branch that cut my leg open but I got to my feet and started running anyway. I heard the man yell to some others and before I knew it I was being surrounded. There were several men surrounding me and I knew that I couldn't fight my way out of this. I knew that I was in serious trouble here. But that doesn't mean I wasn't going to fight still. I tried to mind link Asher but it wasn't working. The wolfsbane was still too strong in my system and as the man who was carrying me approached me from the side I dropped to the ground and spun around, kicking his legs out from under him and the others charged at me. I walked to the dungeon stairs and Asher followed but he stayed at the bottom of the stairs while I walked further into the dungeon. I passed Malia in her cell, another man in the cell beside her, another man beside him and then Carter was at the back. " They all belong to you?" I asked. " Yeah." Carter says. " I need to talk to your people before we decide to do anything. Where are they?" I asked. " I'll take you there." He says. " Do they know about me? And how we're related with the same goal?" I asked. " Yeah." He says. " Then I'll be fine going on my own. That's the way it has to be. Otherwise Asher won't let me go and you will all rot in these cell's. He'll never let you out." I admit to him. " Where is he? I can smell him." Carter says. " He's waiting by the stairs. Did you really think he was going to leave me alone with you after what you pulled today?" I asked. " I guess not. Alright, their just outside your territory. A valley called 'River Run'." He says

IVY POV I didn't know how we got here. Jeremiah kept a blindfold on my face the whole time while we were coming here. We'd been travelling for hours and when the blindfold was finally removed I was standing in the middle of a grand mansion. It was a lot more than I expected for a hide out. I yelled at him. " You're sitting here doing nothing." Beau yelled. " I am waiting for Carter to come back. He's gone to see his people. I think he's bringing them back with him. They are helping and we are all going after Jackson together. " How many men does he have?" Cole asked. " I don't know. That's what I have to wait and see. If he has enough men to scare Jackson and actually make a difference against his pack then we will go after them. Otherwise, we need to recruit." I say sitting on the couch in the living room. IVY POV Adter a week of being here I had checked every square inch of my bedroom and the bathroom attached but I couldn't find anything to help in my escape. Adam bought my meal in to me like he did every day. Only once a day. And I still tested and smelt the food before I tasted it. " So, how big has Jackson's army gotten?" I asked very casually. " How dumb do you think I am? There is a camera right there and they are listening to everything we are talking about. Why would I tell you anything?" He asked. " I don't know. I guess I was just hoping you're as dumb as you look." I say. " You're not much of a people person, are you?" He asked. " I love people. My friends and family. But you and this pack. Nope." I say. " Well, you better get used to it. Because you're going to be here for a while." He say. " Oh. So, he's not planning on killing me any time soon. Good to know." I say. And he looked at me weird.
