My mind whirls with doubts as I sit on my bed, with my elbows on my knees, and listen to the muffled spray of the shower behind the bathroom door. My body aches painfully from the beating it took on the motorcycle. Thankfully, I was wearing protective gear, so I wasn’t hurt too badly.
