George sat beside Aloha's bed in the hospital, holding her hand gently. He could see the fear in her eyes and knew he needed to calm her down. "Aloha," he said softly, "I know it's a lot to take in, but I promise you're safe, no one will hurt you."

Aloha looked at him, still trembling slightly. "I can't believe this is real," she said. "Werewolves,… it's like something out of a horror movie."

George smiled reassuringly. "I know it's scary, but if the wolves wanted to harm you, they would have done italready. They're not as bad as people make them out to be."

Aloha nodded slowly, starting to relax a little. She couldn't help but feel a sense of trust in George. "Thank you," she said quietly. "I don't know what I would do without you."

George chuckled. "You make it sound like I'm an angel or something."

Aloha smiled weakly. "Maybe you are. You certainly seem to know what you're talking about."

George laughed. "I'm just a guy who's been around a while. I've seen a lot of things."
