Luna's gown, a tapestry of black and red, caressed her figure like a whispered promise. She twirled before the mirror, a smile dancing on her lips as the hues harmonized with the subtle elegance of her makeup.

Luna raised her hand and glanced at the engagement with a bright smile on her face. Her hair was made into a French plait by her father, and her silver eyes sparked under the lights alongside her dark jet black hair.

Silver hair pins were on her hair, making it match her silver eyes. She was putting on a fang necklace that Ashford had given her. She looked like a goddess as she swayed herself around the mirror.

“What is so special about a ring?” Una, her wolf, snapped at how happy Luna was. “Just from an engagement ring, look how happy you are.”

She scowled at her wolf. “Don't try to disturb me when all you do is disappear and come whenever you want. You are also rude and have never given me advice or suggestions.”
