“i am so going to beat your small ass” Chase said while twisting his twin blade around.

Chase has been my best friend since i stepped into mystic academy, i was ignored by most of my mates when i first arrived but that did not bother me as im already used to it.

Chase was the first to approach me, asking for the direction to the bathroom and since then we have grown closer. now i think of him as my best friend.

“keep dreaming Chase you know i always win” i said with a cocky smirk.

earlier today we had just finished watching a korean series and were now bored as fuck so to spice things up i challenged Chase to a duel and here we are now.

“less talking more fighting” i told Chase in between pants for air as got into my fighting stance.

Chase is the first to attack, swishing his blade through the air aiming for my face. i quickly moved to the side just as he reached me, Chase stumbled but caught himself just as he was about to face plant on the hard floor.

“fuck” he hissed. i ran towards him jumped in the air to give him a round horse kick aiming to hit him with my leg on his chin.

before my kick could land Chase caught my feet. meeting his blue eyes an annoying smile, well more like a smirk played on his lips. Chase pulled my leg forward to him making me loose my footing and fall flat on my butt.

Chase then followed that move with a knee to my face, luckily i dodge and then did a cool looking chinese flip landing on my feet. Chase quickly trapped me in a tight headlock, i could feel the warmth coming from his breath on my ear

“come on Mia give up”

arching my back and using my strength i flipped Chase over my head. still holding one of Chase hands i bent it behind his back. Chase was lying on the floor, chest face down. holding his bent arm i use more strength in my grip.

“okay okay i give up Mia, you win. now please let get off me you weigh like a ton of bricks.”

with an angry smirk on my face- angry because Chase just insulted me and a smirk because i won the duel and beat up his ass- i twisted his arm one last time. Chase let out a pained cry before i got up.

as i placed both my wrist on my hips, i bit my lips in a failed attempt to hold in my laughter as Chase got up covered in grass, dust and sand.

“time for dinner” a voice broke the miniscule silence that was shared between Chase and i.

looking up i saw Corvan looking directly at me, the cold gaze on his hazel coloured eyes made the hairs on my neck stand. since i’ve met Corvan he also made me feel uneasy, I still do not understand where all the tension between us come from.

clearing my throat i dismissed the obvious tension that came in with Corvan as he walked into the room. I walked out of the arena and was followed by Chase. Walking ahead i heard Corvan grunt before turning to the opposite direction.

me and Corvan hated each other since i came to this school, he always made snarky comments at me and i never failed to fire back. the feeling is mutual, i hate him and he hates me. which i did not care about one bit.

i never really know what started this tension but i know i added fuel to the fire cause i just cant keep my mouth shut when he says something.

“ holy cheesecake look at Amy” Chase whisper yelled as his blond hair fell over his eyes while he used his long slender fingers to brush them aside to get a better view of Amy’s ass. i remember how when we first me i always tease him about his girl hands. whew time does fly. he is also a fucking fuck boy. its not really my fault for my bad sense of language, Chase is my biggest pervert i know. like most of the words that comes out of his mouth is R-rated.

“go talk to her if you wish, stop disturbing me with how she looks, her hair style and which clothes brings out her butt blah blah blah” i said out of pure annoyance.

“but she always tells me to walk away and leave her alone” Chase whined.

“then let her be. Gosh” i said getting agitated.

“i know” Chase grumbled as he walks ahead of me.

as always dinner was awesome. one of the reasons i endured this school apart from Chase was the food, they taste so heavenly that i almost moaned out loud on several occasions.

“damn im fucking bloated” Chase said while exergerating swelling his stomach to appear much bigger.

tempted to slap his stomach i replied ”um hmm” while massaging my stomach with my left hand.

standing up i said goodbye to Chase then head to my dorm room.

as soon as i reached my room i face planted on my medium size bed. and with a loud ompf sound i rolled over facing the ceiling.

after a few contemplation i carried my tired ass out of bed to my make shift study place, i pulled out my history book and started my assignment. our history teacher said we should write a summary on the founder of mystic academy which is mr sheldon cooper.

an hour and half later, i had finished my assignment and my eyes felt like a block is above it. i looked at the time. “11:40” i murmured then i begrudgingly walked or more like swayed to my bed. as soon as my head hit the pillow i was pulled into a dreamless oblivion.
