“Did Sin ever get her birth implant?”

I paused for a few seconds and then slowly continued to lower the bag to the floor. “Why?”

Michel shrugged. “I’m just asking.”

“No, you’re not.”

Michel swallowed loudly. “David said that there are a few possibilities for Sin to want her nest.”

I pursed my lips, stopping myself from mentioning what Bella told me about Kate and David. We had agreed not to mention it to Michel and Sin because we didn’t want to upset them on the trip. And what a trip it was.

A damn fucking mess.

“You think she’s pregnant.” I leaned against the back of the couch and frowned at him. “There are a lot of reasons for an omega to want her nest, Michel. Just because she wanted to come home, doesn’t mean that she’s pregnant.”

He growled at me and then stormed out of the house. I watched him as he grabbed the last few bags from the car and stormed back into the house. Dropping them next to the others, he straightened to glare at me.

“Don’t look at me like that,” I muttered.
