Crissy’s Point of View

“Thomas. you have no idea how happy I am to see you.” I give him a hug.

“Come on don't be so cheesy.” Thomas starts giggling.

“But to the important part. do you forgive me?” I ask.

“Yeah. Of course, I do. I now understand why you did all of this. Why you hid it from me, and you were trying to protect me.” he says.

“Thank you. I promise I will never keep secrets from you again.” I gave him another hug. “you're not a child anymore. You're old enough to understand what's happening in life, and I can't stop you from growing up.”

“Thank you, Crissy, and know you are always, always going to be my big sister. I can't be mad at you forever.” Thomas makes his way to the kitchen. “you're in the mood for some coffee?”

“Yes, please, and then I will tell you everything that happened. While you were grandmas.”
