Chapter 17

Cayden's POV

I'm just in awe every time the girl in front of me claps. It has been rehearsing for two days but it still can't perfect everything. Not even one attack could get through me.

But the weirdest thing is, I dreamed about this girl so many times already. In my first dream about her, she was a weak woman. Very fragile. But suddenly it was changed to exactly what she is right now. I don't even know why I am dreaming about this woman. I don't even like her for Pete's sake. She got this unbearable behavior and she is too noisy.

"Again." I just promised. As long as he doesn't get through my defense, we won't stop.

"Crap." He said with a gasp.

I know it's exhausting. I also admire his determination to win and learn. I don't hear a single complaint from it unless it's going to flop again in an attack. I sometimes catch him scolding himself which is very amusing.

I don't know but right now I know I hate her but at the same time not. Whatever the reason is I don't plan to dig over it.
