August's POV

I didn't sleep again last night. I suddenly fell asleep because of what happened. Even Alice and Gen woke up. We all did not sleep last night. We all waited for the sirens to return but they never did. Lucas can't be stopped from acting out and he even considers me a hero because he said I saved his life.

Pearl, of course, doesn't know or even if she hears us, she doesn't know what we're talking about, so she's just playing with Clint and Alucard, who is now watching over her. They are competing. They all want to take care of me.
