Kidnapped

Diane's POV

I woke up to a thumping pain on the side of my head. I rubbed my eyes and tried to make sense of where I was but everywhere was so dark, I could barely make out my own fingers.

Where was I?

I moved my fingers around, hoping to figure out the location I was in, but it was all in vain. I couldn't detect anything. I couldn't even feel anything.

No walls were near me. No surface was close aside from the one I was laying on —The cold metallic ground.

I could tell it was metal aside from the fact that my butt was freezing, my fingers resonated as I knocked on the surface.

It surely didn't feel like my room in Lucius's place. Neither did it feel like my own house.

Again, I wondered, where was I?

The first thing that came to my mind was that I could be dreaming but the stinging cold beneath me reminded me that it couldn't have been a dream. Feelings were not so sharp in dreams. This was real.

After deducing that, the next thing that came to mind was how I got to this dark place.
