LOGIN“I’ve found my mate…” Those were the last words Elara Nightshade ever expected to hear, especially not from the most powerful Alpha in existence, and certainly not inside a brothel. Orphaned, wolf-less, and treated like dirt by her own pack, Elara has spent her life as nothing more than a servant to the Iron Fang wolves who despise her. So when Alpha Henry Blackthorn, the feared ruler of all four clans, claims her as his mate, Elara believes her suffering has finally come to an end. But, she’s wrong. Behind the crown and the throne lies a darker truth. Alpha Henry already has a Luna, one who cannot bear him an heir. And Elara is not chosen for love, but for her blood. Imprisoned, violated, and used as nothing more than a vessel to produce an heir for the kingdom, Elara is discarded the moment she becomes a threat. Left for dead and betrayed by the very Alpha who swore she was his mate, her execution awakens something ancient within her. She is Moonborn as the last of a hunted bloodline. And she will not die quietly. Now reborn with devastating powers, Elara returns not as a helpless omega, but as the storm destined to destroy Iron Fang. With vengeance in her heart, twins hidden from the father who tried to kill her, and a bond she cannot break no matter how hard she tries. Elara must choose between the mate fate chained her to or the vengeance that burned in her veins.

"Hey, wolf-less girl, make sure to scrub those floors well before the main event starts. I want this place looking as shiny as possible before the guest arrives!"
The floors looked sparkling clean already as though they had been licked by my tongue. I focused on every detail, making sure there were no stains, yet Dimitri insisted I'd barely started cleaning.
"You know what, Dimitri...." I shot at him, my worn-out fingers just managing to clench onto the edge of the mop, "I appreciate that you already acknowledge me by my status and remind me every day that I have no wolf...." That last sentence stung on my tongue, but I kept on, "but I will not acknowledge that you can't see how clean these floors are. This is the eighth time I'm scrubbing them....I won't scrub them anymore."
There was a glint in his eyes as he stared at me with malicious intent but I didn't budge. I wasn't going to let him intimidate me one more night.
He crossed over quickly to me and reached for my collar, yanking me away from where I stood. The mop fell out of my hand as I reached for his hand.
"Let go of me!" I shrieked.
"You're much of a talker for someone who's weak you don't even have your wolf to defend yourself." He said and shoved me to the side.
"You jerk!" I mumbled under my breath, my whole body trembling with fear and anger.
"What did you say to me?!" Dimitri clenched his fist and tightened his jaw, his eyes burning red with rage.
The other omegas who were preparing themselves to entertain the guests turned in my direction with malevolent gazes.
"I....I said nothing." My breath hitched in my throat. This wasn't how I thought I was going to stand up to Dimitri.
In just a blink, he was hovering over me. Pulling my hair hard until my eyes glistened with tears. My head throbbed with immense pain.
The others watched him as he gripped my hair with all his strength and pulled harder none of them moved a muscle to help me.
I shrieked in pain, flaring my hands and legs at him so I could regain my freedom.
"You're hurting me!" I screamed out.
"This will teach you not to mess with me." He grinned.
"Dimitri!" A voice called out from behind us. And all of a sudden, I felt relief. The pain in my head subtly vanishing.
Dimitri pushed me to the side and turned around. "Boss."
"How many times have I told you not to put your hands on women?"
"I'm sorry, boss. She caused it....she pushed me to the edge."
'Pushed you to the edge!' I rang out.
"We've got company." The boss said, ignoring Dimitri. His eyes flickered towards me, then back at the crowd.
"You girls know the normal f*e we charge for a night. We were short by a few dollars last night, I don't want that repeating itself again!"
"Yes sir." The other female omegas chorused and resumed their dressing. Their faces were now heavily endowed with makeup.
That caused a stir in my stomach. I would have loved to look as beautiful as they did, even if it was just for a few moments.
But I knew why they all had those kinds of make-up on, dressed in gowns that exposed all of their vital parts. They were mere pawns to entertain the men who came in here.
Although I was forced to work here relentlessly, I was glad that I wasn't made to engage in whatever those other female omegas were into.
"Elara, it's time for you to leave." The boss let out, jerking me back to reality.
Only then did I realize how long I had been staring at the omegas for. I slowly nodded my head, adjusted my hair, and got up to my feet with a grunt.
I reached for my cleaning tools when a gust of wind rushed past me. Turning around sharply to see the cause.
There stood none other than the Alpha at the entrance.
The Alpha! Alpha Henry!!
'What the hell was he doing here? In a brothel?!' I Intoned internally.
Without thinking, I fell to my knees and so did the others, including the boss.
"Your majesty!" The boss's jaw fell open, his eyes widening as he took in the sight of the Alpha. He was just as stunned as everyone of us.
He wasn't alone; standing beside him were twin guards with chests as broad as tables.
Everything that had been said about Alpha Henry was an understatement. Captivating was an understatement compared to the man that stood before us.
There was an ominous aura emanating from him that sent shivers down my spine.
And when his gaze caught mine, I froze instantly. The world around me disappeared and the only thing that I focused on was him.
'Hold....hold on. Is he walking towards me?' I screamed inside my head. 'He is!'
He crossed the distance between us until he was just an inch away from me.
His emerald eyes flickered with recognition as he stared at me. And at that moment, I forgot the pattern of breathing.
'Breathe, breathe, Elara, breathe' I reminded myself.
He crouched down until he got to my level, staring me dead in the eye.
My jaw dropped to the floor. His features from up close were immaculate.
And then, he uttered the words that sent my insides sprawling.
"I've found my mate...." He breathed against my face.
"What?!" The entire room echoed.
I shook my head disapprovingly, trying to get the words that were stuck in my throat out.
Dimitri jerked in our direction, "Your majesty. You must be mistaken...."
Alpha Henry put a hand without turning to face him, quieting Dimitri in an instant.
Hold that thought now. Wasn't the Alpha already married? How could I be his mate?!
Chrysantha's POV My eyes flashed open with a strong force. Aches spreading from my forehead down to my jaws. My head still bowed and hands still stretched towards the Priestess like it was before I gained entrance into the cibrous realm.Soon, rays of lights hit before me, circling and compelling me.It rose to my head before settling, then shattering into the air like icefalls."Go!"The priestess roared almost immediately, and just then did I realize that I was back to Ciba.I rolled my eyes, back to being talked to in a rude manner. If Saleen herself could be that calm towards me, why would the priestess and that d^mb ass woman at the door be that cold and hostile?I gathered my strength. Strength had obviously eluded me and I needed to go and renew as much as possible.Being in two realms in a space of an hour definitely was draining. In my hand was the portion from Saleen.I pressed my fingers around it, claws circling it.I'd almost shifted in excitement. I scoffed at the P
Chrysantha’s POVI woke still kneeling. That was the first thing I noticed. My knees burned sharp and pressed against something cold.It was nothing like the rough earth of the Ciba tent. The ache grounded me, and my body torn apart and stitched back together.Power pulsed through me.Not the familiar thrum of my wolf, or the steady authority that came with being Luna, but something heavier, thicker. It clogged my chest when I tried to breathe too deeply, buzzing beneath my skin like it wanted out. My head throbbed, and fingers my trembled.I had learned long ago that panic was weakness, and weakness was always punished. So slowly, I lifted my head to see where I was.Light greeted me, and the air felt warm. My heart skipped. This was not Ciba. There were no walls that I could see, no ceiling either, just space folding into itself, as though the realm hadn’t decided what shape it wanted to be yet. Then I saw it.The statue stood before me, towering and unmistakable.Saleen's tower
Elara's POV Dawn had barely begun to thin the night when Damion arrived.I sensed him before the knock, the familiar brush of his presence against the wards like a hand sliding along silk, confident, unhurried, entirely certain he belonged. The knock that followed was almost unnecessary, light and self-assured, as though he already knew I would open the door. When I did, he was smiling. Not the polite curve he wore for councils or warriors, but the easy, infuriatingly handsome grin that belonged only to moments like this, when the world seemed to align itself neatly beneath his feet. His hair was still damp, as though he had risen early and found no reason to rush, and his eyes held a brightness that made sleep feel like a distant rumor."You're up early," I said, arching a brow as I stepped aside to let him in."For you?" he replied smoothly. "Always."I closed the door behind him, leaning against it for a heartbeat longer than necessary. My body still felt strange, heavier in plac
Chrysantha's POV I waited for the night to draw on me, the darkness of the earth descending on me before I took my leave.I stood up, chin up and eyes set on all I was set to do.The darkness washed over me, the moon hung up high in the sky. It would soon be the full moon and there was no other time to do this other than now.My heart hummed hard, but I tugged at it, reminding it that it was our time to dominate. My time to recover all that wretch, Elara had stolen from me.Quickly, I grabbed my black robe and swung my fingers into them.I covered my head with its cap, my legs quickly in a pair of black boots. I tightened the belts over my belly, my eyes scanning through the fairly dimmed room to make sure I wasn't forgetting anything. Soon, I stormed out of my room.It was late in the night and aside from the guards who patrolled to keep a watch on us, I didn't expect to see anybody on the road.Maybe, the witches. The chilled air whisked across my face, slicing my skin hard, met
