I cried tears of joy, knowing my sweet pup in my arms was not Alpha Maximus's but his brother’s, my love, Zeta Marcel Wolffinton.

I must save you, I thought worriedly as my pup's eyes, as dark as Marcel's, closed.

I got off the bed and held him safely in my arms.

"You need to rest," the doctor said and the nurse guided me back to bed.

"I need to leave before the Alpha kills my baby," I told them as they tried to stop me.

"The Alpha won't do such a thing; he'll be happy he has a boy," the doctor told me.

"I vomited out the herbal cleanser the same day you gave me!" I yelled at him.

He froze. Suddenly, the door opened.

It was the Alpha accompanied by two guards.

"You have a boy, Your Alpha," the doctor stuttered nervously and continued to stare at me.

"Give me my son," the Alpha ordered me and began to approach me. The two guards stood at the door.
