Chapter Thirty-Three

Nathan POV

We are in position; the female is true to her word and gives the signal; my pack is on them before they can make sense of what is happening. The fighting escalates, and I can see Monique and her warriors are protecting Diana. Drew has moved Amy to safety and rejoined the fight. I look up and see the white wolf shift as Michael approaches her. The shock on her face as he hits her fills me with a rage I have never felt before. I see him dragging her into the house, calming myself, trying to see past the need to spill his blood. I say to Neo,

“Let's kill him slowly.”

Running through the opening where the front door once stood, I smell wolfsbane.

“What the fuck does he think he is doing? Does he hate her that much?”.

He looks startled, dropping her.
