"Excuse me?"

"Grayson Wrenford. Are you two close?" Roland asked. 

"Why do you ask?" I questioned. 

"Well he seems to text and call your phone a lot, from what I see. Why would he blow your phone up like that?"

"I'm his parents' scholarship student. They have him check on me, not that it's any of your business."

"Does Brandy know how seriously Grayson takes this job?"

"He's more than aware. Stop trying to come between us."

Roland glared at me. "This is not over Watson."
