Chapter 12

There were a lot of activities the Omega camp prepared for their founding anniversary. It seems like there was going to be a fair since children were excited and couldn't wait for the celebration day. It would happen tomorrow and most of the booths are already set up. Some trainees were doing their job and guarded the borders, while some helped in setting up tents and booths. Whenever Iris and Marissa were on break they spent time chatting with Penny and learned a lot of things with each other.

Iris couldn't help it but missed Eris a lot. The man is not open with his feelings they may have been intimate most of the times, but she couldn't read his mind and actions. There was this dangerous and comforting feeling when Iris is surrounded in his arms. She does not know why he sees their intimacy forbidden. What's wrong with loving her? They've known each other only for a few days, how can feelings develop so fast?
