Chapter 13:: Kidnapped by the Human

Two hours was just such a long wait. Alyssa had long finished sipping on her coffee, lounging as patiently as she could in a comfortable velvet chair. What she could think was, Regina’s grandmother had great taste indeed. She closed her eyes and listened carefully to the soft ticks of the gigantic clock above her head.

Fortunately, after the incident with Nathaniel, she completely stopped frequenting those bars and nightclubs that didn’t do her any good other than burn her pockets. Sure, she had more money than she would ever need in the next ten years but what was the point of spending in a place she felt she didn’t quite belong? She was just there to find someone to pop her cherry in the first place.
