Chapter 120: My Happiness

Ashton's POV

"Are you sure about that, Ashton?" My sister asked me after I told her we would all be going home to Astikoz.

"Yeah, Megan wanted to prove to our father she could be the best wife I could ever have, and I felt worried that she wanted to come home with me," I replied, and I could see the hesitation on her face.

"I don't think that could be the best idea, Ashton, and I know there could be a possibility that our father is thinking about something that could make Megan walk away from your life." My sister responded.

"Dad could ruin your relationship with your wife, and you know that; I know how much you hated our father for going against your relationship with Megan, but you have to take extra precautions, Ashton." She added.

"I am sure dad is now planning to wreck your marriage," Isabelle continued.

"Hey, you must remember our love is strong, and I know Megan will never give up on us; we are now happily married, Isabelle; you don't need to worry about anything," I responded.

"I want you to come with us to our hometown and spend time with our dad together with our brothers. I know it has been a long time since we came home with our parents." I added.

"I think it is about time that we should be together once again and enjoy the company of our parents, even if I know there would be some hesitations, but I wanted to make a point to our father that Megan is the best woman in the world for me, and there is no one out there lovelier than my wife." I continued, and I could see a smile that formed on her lips.

"Wow! I never realized you were this in love with Megan, and I am so happy for you, brother. And to answer your question, yes! I think I am interested in coming home with you because I would love to spend more time with my nephew, and of course, I couldn't deny I wished to spend time with dad too." She responded, and my grin broadened.

"Thank you, Isabelle," I replied as I took my sister in my arms and hugged her tightly.

I couldn't stop my tears from falling as I realized I felt so happy to have this moment. I was hoping my father would change my heart the moment he recognized my son was adorable; my wife was a fine woman, and he would stop hating me for choosing Megan to be my wife.

"I don't want this moment to end, but I know that we need to face the reality that our vacation here is almost over, and we have to go back to the real world," I said after I released my sister from my hold.

"Yeah, I feel the same way, too," she replied, and I could see the meaningful look on her face, and I knew she wanted to say more, but she stopped talking as she averted my gaze.

"Hey, I wanted to say sorry for tricking you, I know I should have told you in advance that Dexter wanted to speak with you, and I just wanted to help you." I declared.

"I love you and Isabelle, and all I want for you is to be happy," I said as I moved and faced my sister, and I could tell she was blushing.

"Hey, you don't need to apologize to me, Ashton; in fact, I wanted to say thank you to you for your help and to Megan too; I know I had been hardheaded, and I never listen to you even if I knew deep inside my heart I am still in love with him." She declared, and I couldn't stop smiling as I motioned my sister to sit beside me on the lounger on the sand facing the water.

The weather is good, and I hate to say this would be the last day of my honeymoon with my wife together with our families. It was fun; at first, I felt selfish since I didn't like the idea of spending my honeymoon with our families, but I realized it was more fun, and I could see how happy my wife was that we were surrounded by the people we love as we celebrated our union.

"Are you two dating again?" I asked, and I could see how her face turned sour.

"I messed up, Ashton, I wanted to spend more time with Dexter, but I didn't expect my mouth won't stop talking about the past, and I blamed him for everything that happened to us, and I knew I hurt Dex, and I don't know if he wanted to speak to me again." She said, and I could see the pain on her face.

"Hey, don't you think it is about time to find your happiness, Isabelle? You can talk with him again, and I am sure he wasn't angry with you." I replied.

"Yeah, I know; I tried to talk with him this morning, but I was late; he left the resort without saying goodbye to anyone." She said, and I felt sorry for my sister.

"Well, I think you have enough reason to go back to Astikoz with us," I said, and her face lit up.

"I will come with you not because I will reconcile with Dexter, I was angry with him, and I wished he would understand why I acted that way, but instead of being there for me, he left without saying anything to me." She responded.

"Did he say sorry?" I asked.

"Yes, that was the first word that came out of his mouth last night, and I blew our chance to be with each other again," Isabelle replied.

"Don't worry; I am sure Dexter was only devastated, but it doesn't mean he fell out of love with you, Belle; I knew how much he loved you," I stated.

"I don't know, Ashton," Isabella replied as she let out a soft sigh.

"Don't worry, and I am sure everything will be alright between the two of you the moment we will all go back to Astikoz," I said, and she nodded her head.

Isabelle excused herself, and I was left watching the waves hitting the shore, and I didn't know how long I was staring into the water until I felt her presence, and when my wife sat on my lap, I could never be happier.

"So eager to be with me, Mrs. Pritzgold?" I asked after I curled my arms around her tiny waist while I felt my wife caress my hair with her fingers, and I couldn't believe she was teasing me.

Megan looked so sexy in her black two-piece swimsuit, and her cleavage was full display. I wanted to take her inside and spend another hour or more with her alone in our room.

"Yes, I couldn't believe I would miss you like this, you were only gone for thirty minutes, yet I am dying to be with you, my love." She whispered in my ears, and I could feel the hair on my back stand as I could feel the urge to have her again.

I know she was only teasing me, but I could tell she was doing a good job since I felt so aroused and my entire body felt so hot.

"I missed you more!" I replied as I nibbled her ear, and I could hear my wife moan as I kissed her throat.

"Do you know anyone who could see us right now?" She asked.

"Yes, but I couldn't stop myself from kissing you, Meg," I replied, and she was laughing as she felt my manhood pressed against her thigh.

"I love that you are reacting this way, husband, but I came here to ask you to have a swim with me and not to make love with me, but I can guarantee you, after swimming, maybe we can have some quickie." She whispered back seductively, and I had never felt so turned on in my entire life.

"Oh, Megan, just kill me now," I said, and she got up laughing and ran toward the water, and I didn't have a choice but to run after my wife. I couldn't believe I would be joining her on the water with a hard-on in between my legs, and I felt glad no one was swimming on the water, and I hadn't seen anyone on the shore.

I could tell most of our family members were still sleeping, only Isabelle got up early since she felt guilty about what he had done with Dexter last night, and I set aside my worries about my sister and brother-in-law as I looked at my wife on the water.

"I will never get tired of watching you, Meg; you looked so beautiful and hot," I said as I waded through the water and be with her instantly.

"Thank you, Ashton, I felt the same way too, and I will forever be in love with you, my hot and gorgeous husband." She responded, and I took her closer to me as I put my arms around her tiny waist, and when she put her arms around my neck, I closed my eyes and wished the day would never end.

When I opened my eyes, I saw my wife staring at my face while biting her lower lip, and I couldn't stop myself from claiming her sweet mouth, and we kissed until I could feel her lips get swollen, and we became both breathless.

"Thank you, Megan," I said after I released her sweet mouth, and I could still feel my heart racing after we shared another mind-blowing kiss.

"I don't know why you are thanking me, Ashton." She replied as she put her head on my chest; I caressed her back and kissed her head.

"For being my wife and making me the happiest man in the world and for the second chance that you had given me," I replied, and she raised her head and smiled at me.

"You don't need to thank me, Ashton, for you are the only man I love and my happiness," Megan responded, and we smiled at each other before we dipped in the water. I knew nothing could come between us, and we could surpass whatever trials came our way because of how much we love each other.
