The wolf wanted to back away feeling overwhelmed by that intense hug, but the arms around his thick neck prevented him. When he did, he took Jade with him, leaving her seated. Still, she didn't do anything to attack her or let him stop hugging her. The young woman seemed to feel comforted by being with him and it was not an unpleasant sensation at all.
