Chapter 3

I sometimes ask myself, how did I become friends with them again? Oh right. It's because they are the ones that saw me in my most vulnerable state and they comforted me at 'that' times. I can't help but sigh, remembering those moments. We were very young back then and easy to tame but hard to accept painful situations.

My feelings were very fragile at those times and they're the ones who were there for me. Even though we quarrel sometimes because of our differences in many aspects, we still find ourselves ending up laughing at our doings. As time goes by our friendship grows more and we happen to depend on one another. We welcome each other like family. And like me, they have their unhappiness and sufferings. And perhaps because of our awareness of each other's flaws and past, unknowingly we found the warmth and comfort that we lack and seek, which we eventually found from the three of us.

I'm thankful that they came into my life, especially in my darkest times. I am grateful that God gave methis persone who are now my friends, making me not all alone by myself in this world. And that's why I'll do my best to keep them happy and safe as long as I'm around.

After hanging up all my washed clothes to dry up under the open heat. I shortly change my outfit into simple but presentable clothes, which is cream-coloreded sweater for the top ana black faded fitted jeans as a pair. I also combed my long light blonde hair and tie it in a mid-high ponytail as regularly when I go out and slip into a pair of black old combat shoes that are very neat.

"Wow, you seriously look great Myst, no matter what you wear. I believe even rugs will become the public trend when you wear them." Rhyme said with pure admiration in his eyes. However, I'm not sure if meansean it the good way or the other way.

"Was that a compliment?" I asked him.

"Well of course!" He said with a full smile showing his complete set of white shining teeth.

"Then, thank you. Both of you look great as usual too." I said to them with a smieally appreciate their sense of style, both of them look undeniably good. Both of them grinned back at my compliment.

And I mean what I said. Aside from that simple but expensive outfitfitat fits them very well, they're actually both particularly attractive well-defineddefined faces with great body frames and tall heights they could flip many hearts. Thereally blessed with beauty. They always caught everyone's attention whenever and wherever they are, especially from the ladies. And that's why I can't help myself from hiding away when I'm with them because of toattentionentions and death glares that I keep on receiving. I don't like to be the centattentionentions the most, especially from the other young ladies. I feel like they would take my head off anytime.

"You too always look beautifully fine Myst. You just donmanyithoughtthoughts to it, but you're always unintentionally catching everyone's attention everywhere, even mine." Brylle mumbled but I didn't hear much of it though. But I think he praised me.

"Why thank you, Brylle." I thanked him. And he flashed a smile at me showing his left dimple that makes good-lookingd looking and charming. A,fter that we finally set off.
