The Killer's Identity

Exhilarating screams of agony

Loud intense gush of crimson liquid

And satisfying amount of alive flesh

I can feel my heart beating as I watched the blood pumps out of the body of my victim for tonight. , she keeps on screaming that’s why I decided to put her clothes in her mouth. She didn’t need it anyway because I am going to cut her open.

I smirk when I watch how frightened her expression was while I am preparing my tools for today’s operation.

“Ah, fear” I exhaled the smell of blood, flesh and fear from the air. Everytime I do this, I am satisfied by their mere reaction… They fear death but above all they fear me…

“ Shh, you will be a great help to the nation” I smirk when she screams as my hand touches her chin. Her body moves so much that the bottle that is collecting her blood became unstable. And again, I can’t control my anger, I directly drive the knife to her chest and let it go lower and a little further until I can see her whole organs.

My eyes dilate on ecstasy upon seeing the precious gems on her body. That is what I want, a healthy organ.

“What a beautiful sight!” I said before preparing everything to harvest it. The voice tone down and I just realized that she is already gone by now and I cannot deal with this deafening silence so I decided to play a classical music while I grabbed my gloves and the storage for the precious treasures.

I did start with the liver then the kidney. I carefully placed them to the box then I laid my hand to the healthy and pink lungs before targeting the most precious part, the mysterious heart. I am fascinated seeing the heart beat rhythmically even in an empty body.

I stretch my arms before holding it and getting my surgical knife to complete the dissection but as how I start to cut the left valve, a noise pauses my concentration.

“You’re a monster, you should die!” I heard him say before attacking me. His attacks are powerful and full of rage, an attack that is determined to kill me.

“Die!” he screams once again when he saw the woman I just butchered. I defend myself just like what I have thought but he is really strong and he manage to put a cut into my legs. I run as long as I can even when the rain is pouring heavily and the soil is preventing me from going far because it starts to get wet and muddy.

“Where are you, you monster! Don’t be scared, I will kill you!” I heard him shout that’s why with all my might, I began running and running but then I saw him.

Outrage, he stands there, holding the knife like he is going to kill me, right now.

I am not afraid to die, but I do not need to die now. I began running again but then suddenly everything went black.

“Good morning citizens, the infamous serial killer who drains the blood of his victim and harvest all of their organs of his 10 victims have been captured this morning says police report”

The citizens are delighted by the news and it became the case of the year. Reporters flock from different country to scoop to the story of the “Vampire Killer” and the case made it internationally. Theories and debates happen to discuss why he did it and what the country should do to someone inhuman like him.

He stirs the media, the public and the government. They are going to petition for his death but one thing isn’t matching… because when the reporter interviews the suspects, he keeps saying one thing.

“I didn’t do it!” he pleads.
