Mateo woke up the next morning beside Jade feeling like he was on cloud nine. He looked at Jade and could see that his mate was exhausted to his very bones. He moved over and kissed Jade on the lips then climbed out of bed.
Mateo went to make coffee for himself then went to shower. After he got out of the shower, he returned to the bedroom to check on Jade and saw that he was no longer lying on his stomach but his back.
He chuckled and closed him making sure that he would not get sick, got dressed in his clothes then went down to his car and changed into clean clothes. He climbed into his car and made his way to the location he texted Duke.
He arrived at a clearing and saw that Duke and his pack were waiting for him. Mateo smirked and climbed out of the car.
