Chapter 70
Sam was horrified to see Kelly. She recalled what she did to her on the mountain and when she pointed a gun at her. Then, a familiar cold feeling washed over her again.
Nevertheless, she pulled herself together. She thought that she would not allow Kelly to do something nasty again against her.
“What are you doing here?” Sam asked frigidly.
“I learned that it’s your engagement party. So I came to congratulate you.” Kelly said with an innocent smile on her face.
Charles knitted his brows as he moved in front of Sam to protect her from Kelly. “You should be in prison. How did you get out of jail?”
“I filed a motion for bail. Luckily, it was granted. Don't worry, I won’t trouble you from now on. I promise.” Kelly explained as she raised her right hand.
