Crescent Haze

Adrian gently pushed the door open into his spacious room, as he put the smiling Omega back onto his feet, on the soft hardwood floor.

Elio inhaled the refreshing, mahogany scent of the Alpha that lingered everywhere in the room, it was an oddly familiar feeling, coming back here again after a handful years.

There was the same large bed next to the wall, the dark curtains that swayed lightly in the moonlit breeze slipping in from the full-sized sliding window of the empty balcony, and the metal wind chime that tinkled along, most of the things in this room were the same as before, at first glance, yet there were a few changes.

The little things that Elio observed, showed that the Alpha had grown up with time.

There were twin longswords hanging on the far wall, a small writing desk with a stack of scrolls and papers, occupied a warm corner by the hearth.

The rosewood shelf across the room was bigger now and fuller with different books and metal badges, signifying Adrian’s various achie
