Chapter 8 Grade one species

Gabby took one of the books which were well arranged on the table and flipped it open.

A piece of paper fell from the book to the floor and she quickly picked it up.

Having a closer look at the piece of paper, she saw what seemed to be a map drawn on it.

Gabby pulled the chair behind then sat down.

She tried analyzing the map carefully using the main landmarks she had ever heard of to know where the place on the map was found.

Thinking about it, she guessed that Steve could be in that place since she could not come up with any other reason why that map was in his room .

The map only proved one thing to her,that Steve must be familiar with that place and there was a high possibility that he was there.

She carefully folded the map and placed it in her trousers pocket and left the room.

Gabby knew that the security guards at the Hawkins home would not allow her to go out by herself so she had to come up with a way of escaping without anyone realizing.
