Selene's POV

The first thing I felt was the cold.

It crept under my skin, slow and sharp, like tiny needles pressing into every part of me. My wrists burned, not just from the tight grip of the chains, but from the awful sting of silver.

I tried to move, but I couldn’t.

Panic overwhelmed me as I twisted and pulled, only to feel the cruel tug of the silver digging into my skin. My ankles were tied too, and something covered my eyes—a thick cloth, rough like a rag. I couldn’t see anything.

“Hello?” My voice was hoarse, small, nothing like the Luna I was supposed to be.

There was no response.

I tried to reach out to my wolf, begging her to respond, to move, to feel something… but she was silent.

My heart started racing, and I could barely breathe.

Where was she? And where the hell was I?

The ground beneath me was concrete, wet and cold. The air smelled like rust, mold, and something foul. The scent of piss hung in the air. My body shivered as the chill soaked into my bones.
