It had been six months since the trial for diane's criminal actions. Jonathan and jade had bought and restyled an entire house in the time that it had taken. Jonathan only work part time most of the time now. And he also did most of his consulting from home. He was able to set up a virtual section of the house where he could actually do 90% of his work. The hospital actually found that it was easier and he was able to work with multiple different hospitals as well. He was creating a new way into science and the way that he could do his job even better.
raylin was now over a year old and he was beginning to walk a lot better than he ever had before. He basically had started to run throughout the entire house. Jade was often found trying to catch him. And then the laughter would echo throughout the entire house. Jonathan couldn't believe his luck at the fact that he seemed to have everything in the world that he ever wanted. And he had found it all b
Bonus ChapterTime went on in jade grew. Jonathan knew that it was almost time for her do you give birth again and she was getting a little nervous. It was quite understandable how she could be nervous about the whole experience that she had with her first baby. He did everything he possibly could to make sure that she felt a little more comfortable than everything. Though as she was getting bigger her size was a huge factor because both of the babies seemed to be a little bit bigger than normal.it was getting to the point where everything was starting to hurt to walk and she was having quite a bit of difficulty doing anything for any period of time. It was just a matter of time before she could get back to her old ways of working really hard on everything. Though she needed time to rest though. Luckily the doctors had gone over her condition in the previous cesarion scar and she was cleared to be able to have a
The night was dark and stormy. The high winds could be heard all around the van that was rushing towards the hospital as fast as it could. The sounds of the sirens were howling through the air. It was the only thing that might be heard over the storm that was over the area.In the van where the paramedics that worked together were trying to figure out what exactly they could do for the woman on the stretcher. She was writhing in pain on the stretcher to the point they were thinking about adding extra straps to keep her down and immobile. Jade Winchester had never felt pain like this in her life. The baby she was carrying was not due for a few weeks however either the storm brough on the early labor or something else did.Her father’s wife, the evil step-mother, she had grown to hate was with her. Though she had tried to have them leave her behind knowing that she would make everything worse for Jade. Was sitting there looking at the gi
An hour later There was a man pacing back and forth in the waiting room. He looked at Diane and he had to wonder what happened while he was gone. He had left to go to a meeting and his daughter was fine. Then he received the phone call. Dropping everything he rushed to the hospital to find out that his daughter was in the operating room and no one could give him the answer he needed.Diane was trying to tell him that she had no idea what happened. She was trying to comfort him and tell her that everything would be fine. She was his daughter after all. She was such a strong girl.“What happened really?” the father said as he looked at his wife.“I have no idea. She just started to scream and then she ended up calling the paramedics without telling me.” Diane said as she looked at her husband. She was acting like the caring loving step-mother. “You know if something was wrong I would have helped her in anyway. I have hel
The shadow of a person who was clearly a man with his outline and his voice as well gave that away. He approached slowly to not frighten the young girl. She looked like she had gone through hell during her stay at the private hospital. He knew his size was often the one factor that made people afraid of him.“Are you waiting for someone?” he asked as he looked over at her in the wheelchair. He then saw the baby that was in her arms. He was now even more concerned because the weather was changing quickly. Though the storm had passed, the air had a chill to it.“No,” she said as the tears began to fall from her eyes. Jade had realized there was no one to help her. She was alone and in pain. She had nothing for herself or the baby. She was utterly alone.“Now, please stop crying. I said I will help you try and fix this.” He stated as he moved to her side. He looked down into her face and
Jade’s wide eyes were enough to draw a chuckle from Benton as he watched her thinking. “The Morgue?” she asked as she looked around to all the walls.“Well, you are at the back end of the morgue. This is a storage room. It is the safest place for you right now. Now I will be back in a little bit with something for your pain. Try and relax if you can. Just no, there will be no one around to bother you. If something happens and you need help, just scream. I won’t be that far away.” Benton said as he walked out of the room.He walked down the walk, and she could hear his footstep as they got lighter and lighter. Jade was looking around at the walls and the room itself. It wasn't anything like the rest of the hospital. She didn’t even know this place was here. Thinking back to the times she had volunteered at the hospital years prior. There was nothing on the plans she had been given to help her ge
Benton looked at the box of supplies everyone had gathered and dropped off in his office over the past two hours. It had grown to the point it was overfilling. He grabbed a trolly to help him get everything on it so he could wheel it out to his car. He was eternally grateful that no one had asked any questions of him. They seemed to not care at the fact he wanted these items or the fact there was a baby, let alone a newborn baby, in his office. He had fashioned a wrap to be able to hold the baby and have use of his hands. He had blankets wrapped around the newborn. Benton went out to his car and loaded up the backseat with the box with all the supplies. He looked at everything that was there and then down to the infant. That was the one thing he didn’t have. A car seat. Though he didn’t plan for an accident, he knew that he wouldn’t feel comfortable driving with a newborn without the proper seat for it. He wasn't sur
As they neared the townhouse, she was awake again. Though she had wide eyes, she didn’t say anything. It wasn't until they pulled into the driveway for the house and then into his garage that she looked at him. “What are your plans for me?” Jade asked.“To get you on your feet in a little while,” Benton said as he looked at her. “Jade, I know that you have had a lot thrown at you in the past few hours. I am sure that you have all the horror stories going through your mind right now as well. I want you to know that I will do what I can to help you right now. You need to be in a hospital, but after what I heard, I doubt any in this area won't do the same to you and throw you out. I might not have a hospital, but I am a doctor. I can help you heal and then figure out what comes next. That is all I want to do. I don’t have all that much, but you are welcome here. I don't think that you have many other choices.&
When he had finally woke up the next day, he was glad that he had the day off. He knew that he had a bunch of stuff to do and get for the baby. It wasn't like he had actually planned on any of those, so he didn't have plans for the day that he had to cancel or anything. It was just he was never supposed to be going to the store to buy a bunch of things for a baby. At this point, he didn't really care what he had to spend to make sure that the baby was taken care of for the moment. That was an easy thing to do. Luckily newborns sleep most of the time, and they only need to be changed and fed.“Good morning Jade,” he said as he walked out of the room and looked at her as she was sitting comfortably on the couch. He knew that everything was rough for her, and she was trying to take care of herself. He had left the bag of supplies that she might need for the night and everything else by her, and it looked like she had gone through and chang
