38. To Arrange His Marriage

Third Person's POV:

As Grandmother began to leave, Mason became angry with Isabel, blaming her for the drama. Isabel was left puzzled by the situation and unsure of what to do. Nina and John apologized to Grandmother and pleaded with her not to leave, but she was too stubborn to listen to them and was determined to leave, feeling humiliated when they took Isabel's side.

"Grammy, please don't leave... I'll...", Isabel attempted to request, but Grandmother turned even more furious at her and began cussing.

"You're enjoying this, aren't you? This is what you wanted to split our family," Mason screamed, scaring Isabel to the core. She didn't know what to do and felt helpless and guilty.
